We specialise in providing financial and organisational support for academic and specialist conferences with between several dozen and several hundred participants. We offer a comprehensive, end-to-end conference management service. This means that we handle every aspect of the event, from the financial registration of participants, through the processing of abstracts and full papers – including the option of an iterative peer-review process – and translations, right through to the technical aspects of the conference, such as lighting and sound systems.
We provide documentation, financial support and a unique article review system.
We collaborate with universities in Kraków and research centres across Europe, and we are familiar with topics in a range of fields: medicine, law, geography, geology, technology, mining and physics.
As part of organising the conference, we will provide logistical support for the event and media promotion, and, in collaboration with trusted subcontractors, we will organise the less formal aspects of the conference.
