We specialize in providing financial and technical support for scientific and specialist conferences from several dozen to several hundred participants. We provide comprehensive conference services in the turnkey formula. This means that we deal with every aspect of the event, from financial registration of participants to abstracts, full papers with the possibility of system iterative review, translations, to technical aspects of the conference, such as the lighting and sound system.

We provide the documentation, financial services and a unique system of paper reviews.

We cooperate with Kraków’s universities and research centres from Europe and we are familiar with topics related with various fields: medicine, law, geography, geology, technology, mining and physics.
As part of the organization of the conference we will provide logistical support for the event, media promotion and, in cooperation with proven subcontractors, we will organize less formal elements of the agenda.
