II. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the operation and use of the Website and define the scope of the rights and obligations of the Service Users and the Service Provider in relation to the use of the Website.
- The scope of the Service Provider’s services is to provide free tools in the form of the Website, enabling Service Users to access content in the form of posts, articles and audiovisual materials, or web applications and electronic forms

IX. Amendments to the Rules and Regulations
