I. General Concepts

  • Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions
  • Website – the „coti-conference.com” website, accessible at https://coti-conference.com
  • Service Provider – the company „Anna Inglot Coti Conference Time”, with its registered office at: 31-623 Kraków, os. Piastów 4/53, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5511536448,
  • Service User – any natural person who accesses the Website and uses the services provided via the Website by the Service Provider.
  • Electronic Communication – Communication between the parties via email and the contact forms available on the website.

II. General Provisions

  • These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the operation and use of the Website and define the scope of the rights and obligations of the Service Users and the Service Provider in relation to the use of the Website.
  • The scope of the Service Provider’s services is to provide free tools in the form of the Website, enabling Service Users to access content in the form of posts, articles and audiovisual materials, or web applications and electronic forms
  • Any content, articles and information published on the Website that may constitute guidance or advice are provided solely as a general collection of information and are not directed at individual Service Users. The Service Provider accepts no liability for the use of such content by Service Users.
  • The user assumes full responsibility for the manner in which the materials made available via the Website are used, including ensuring that they are used in accordance with applicable law.
  • The Service Provider makes no warranty as to the suitability of the materials published on the Website.
  • The Service Provider shall not be liable for any losses incurred by Users of the Website or third parties in connection with the use of the Website. All risks associated with the use of the Website, and in particular with the use and application of the information contained on the Website, are borne by the User of the Website’s services.

III. Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website

  • Use of the Website by each Service User is free of charge and voluntary.
  • Users are required to familiarise themselves with the Terms and Conditions and the other documents forming an integral part thereof, and must accept all of its provisions in full in order to continue using the Website.
  • Users must not use any personal data obtained from the Website for marketing purposes.
  • Technical requirements for using the Website:

  • In order to ensure the safety of the Service Provider, the Service User and other Service Users using the Website, all Service Users using the Website should adhere to generally accepted online safety rules,
  • The following actions, whether carried out personally by Service Users or using software, are prohibited:
    • without written consent, decompilation and analysis of the source code,
    • without written consent, which place an excessive load on the Website’s server,
    • without written consent, attempts to identify security vulnerabilities in the Website and the server configuration,
    • attempting to upload or inject code, scripts or software onto the server or into the database that could cause damage to the Website’s software, other Service Users or the Service Provider,
    • attempting to upload or inject code, scripts or software onto the server or into the database that could track or steal data belonging to Service Users or the Service Provider,
    • taking any action intended to damage or disrupt the operation of the Website, or to prevent the Website from fulfilling its purpose.
  • In the event that a cybersecurity incident or a GDPR breach is detected, or there is a potential risk of such an incident or breach occurring, Service Users should, as a matter of priority, report this to the Service Provider in order to swiftly resolve the problem or threat and safeguard the interests of all Service Users of the Website.

IV. Terms and conditions of registration

  • Users may use the Website without having to register.
  • Service Users must be registered and have an account on the Website in order to use the additional services provided on the Website, which are available only to Service Users who have logged in.
  • Registration on the Website is voluntary.
  • Registration on the Website is free of charge.
  • Each User may only have one account on the Website.
  • Technical requirements for account registration:
    • having a personal email account,
  • Users registering on the Website consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider to the extent that such data was entered into the Website during the registration process, and to any subsequent amendments or deletion of that data.
  • The Service Provider is entitled to suspend or delete Service Users’ accounts at its own discretion, thereby preventing or restricting access to some or all of the services, content, materials and resources of the Website, in particular if a Service User breaches these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable laws, the principles of social coexistence, or acts to the detriment of the Service Provider or other Service Users, or the legitimate interests of the Service Provider and third parties, whether or not they cooperate with the Service Provider.
  • The content and scope of any of the Website’s services may be amended, services may be added or removed, and they may be temporarily suspended or access to them restricted, at the Service Provider’s sole discretion, without the Service Users having the right to object in this regard.
  • Additional security guidelines for using your account:
    • Users registered on the Website are prohibited from sharing their account username and password with third parties.
    • The Service Provider has no right to, and will never ask the Service User for the password to their chosen account.
  • Deleting an account:
    • Any User with an account on the Website may delete their account from the Website themselves.
    • Service users can do this after logging in to the control panel on the Website.
    • Deleting an account results in the deletion of all the Service User’s identifying data and the anonymisation of their username and email address.

V. Terms and Conditions for the Newsletter Service

  • Users may use the Website without having to subscribe to the newsletter.
  • Subscribing to the newsletter is voluntary.
  • Subscribing to the newsletter is free of charge.
  • Technical requirements for the Newsletter service:
    • having a personal email account,

    • providing an individual email address in the online form,
    • verification of the email address provided by clicking on the link sent to that address,
    • consent to receive email notifications,
  • Scope of the Newsletter service:
    • notifications about new updates, posts, competitions and other promotional activities relating to the Website’s services,
    • notifications about promotional campaigns run by the Website’s partners (marketing messages),
  • Unsubscribing from the newsletter:
    • Any Subscriber who has signed up for the Newsletter service may unsubscribe from the service at any time.
    • Customers can do this via the link included in every email sent.
    • Unsubscribing from the newsletter service will result in the email address provided being removed from the Service Provider’s database.

VI. Terms and conditions governing communication and the provision of other services on the Website

  • The Website provides services and tools enabling Users to interact with the Website in the form of:

In order to enable the Website to provide its services properly, to safeguard the Service Provider’s legal interests, and to ensure that the Website operates in accordance with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain data about Users via the Website.

In order to provide its services properly, the Website uses and stores certain anonymous information about the User in cookies.

The scope, purposes, methods and principles of data processing are set out in the annexes to the Terms and Conditions: „GDPR information obligation” and in „Privacy Policy„, which form an integral part of the Rules and Regulations.

In the case of logged-in Service Users (those with an account on the Website), the cookies stored on the Service User’s device may contain the Service User’s identifier linked to their account

VIII. Copyright

  • The Service Provider is the owner of the Website and holds the copyright to it.
  • Some of the data published on the Website is protected by copyright held by companies, institutions and third parties that are in no way affiliated with the Service Provider, and is used under licences obtained or on the basis of a free licence.
  • Pursuant to the Copyright Act of 4 February 1994, it is prohibited to use, copy or reproduce in any form, or to store in search engines – with the exception of Google, Bing, Yahoo and NetSprint – DuckDuckGo, Facebook and LinkedIn, of any articles, descriptions, photographs and any other content, graphic, video or audio material contained on the Website without the written consent or consent provided via electronic communication from their legal owner.
  • In accordance with the Copyright Act of 4 February 1994, simple press reports – understood as information in its own right, without commentary or assessment by the author – are not subject to copyright protection. The author interprets this as permitting the use of information from the texts published on the website, but not the copying of articles in whole or in part, unless this is specifically indicated in the individual material made available on the website.

IX. Amendments to the Rules and Regulations

  • Any provisions of the Terms and Conditions may be amended unilaterally by the Service Provider at any time, without giving reasons.
  • Notification of any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be sent electronically to Service Users registered on the Website.
  • In the event of any amendments to the Terms and Conditions, the provisions thereof shall come into force immediately upon their publication for Service Users who do not have an account on the Website.
  • In the event of any amendments to the Terms and Conditions, the provisions thereof shall come into force subject to a 7-day transition period for Users who have accounts on the Website registered prior to the amendment of the Terms and Conditions.
  • It is deemed that any User who continues to use the Website following an amendment to the Terms and Conditions accepts them in full.

X. Final Provisions

  • The Service Provider shall make every effort to ensure that the Website’s services are provided on a continuous basis. However, it shall not be liable for any disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorised interference by Service Users, third parties or the operation of external automated programmes.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to amend any information published on the Website at a time of its choosing, without the need to give prior notice to Users of the Website.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Website, in whole or in part, for the purpose of improving it, adding services or carrying out maintenance, without giving prior notice to Service Users.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Website without prior notice to Service Users.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in whole or in part, any of its rights and obligations relating to the Website, without the consent of, and without the Service Users being entitled to raise any objections to, such assignment.
